• Preparing project construction schedule to achieve maximum progress in limited time.

• Implementing drawing and design work on site as per specifications to achieve required quality and efficiency within the time and budget allocation.

• Updating Senior Project Manager for daily progress report.

• Inspecting all civil work activities to be executed as per drawings or specifications.

• Plan, oversees & manages fit-out works from initiation stage till completion and handing over to client.

• Ensuring progress fit-out projects goes smoothly and interferes to resolve any challenges.

• Ensuring fit-out works execution as per specification/client requirement of different ranges such as Shell and Core fit-outs, Category-A fit-outs and Turnkey developments.

• Ensuring ISO-9002 and OSHA protocols for quality & safety requirements at site.

• Exercising control over supervisors in order to ensure target progress in the project.

• Checking & estimating quantities of work (BOQ) and material with the help of Q.S.

• Coordinating with client and consultant engineers to participate in the preparation of plans and to resolve technical issues or make rectifications in terms of design, materials or work.

• Monitoring QA/QC tests as specified in technical Specifications.

Project: This project has a budget of PKR. 220 million. Its scope includes "Erection of Pre-Engineering Building, Construction of warehouse, and Underground Water tank of 0.4 Million Gallons, Mosque, R.C.C Roads, Medical Centre, Power House and Canteen. Extension of Boiler and Compressor Room by jacketing column. Construction of Waste Water Treatment Plant, Facility Building & Drainage networks

• Setted out, leveled and surveyed the site.

• Checked plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.

• Ensured that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

• Liaised with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Oversight quality control and health and safety matters on site.

• Daily reporting to Site Manager.

• Monitored & inspected the layout, steel fixing shuttering, casting, launching and placement of girders at bearing pads & Slab.

• Supervised the layers and sub-layers, compaction, quality of road materials and finishing.
